Akuroku :: SaviorCh. 1:: Introductions
There are two more weeks left of my sophomore year. Because of this, I had no reason to go to school. I went anyway. My friends, ironically, were smarter than me. Sora and Riku were out hanging as they suggested. They were always horrible liars, but Im really not one to talk.
Roxas! Where are you going? Namine shouted through the throng of teenagers. It only took her a few seconds to make her way over to me.
Lunch room; wanna come? I smiled at her, even though I wanted to frown. I already knew she wouldnt come, but being the masochist that I am, I asked.
Sorry, Im meeting up with Kairi. Everyone I knew seemed to have paired up with someone. I wasnt jealous. Im the odd one out, so this whole coupling act really didnt help my self loathing problem.
Ill catch up with you later, then. We waved our goodbyes and left each other. She went one way and I went another. That
Griffin Rider: A PropositionCaleb ran his hand over Bracken's breastplate, examining its surface carefully as he examined it for damage. The tawny beast in question lay sprawled besides him. The griffin's blue eyes watched Caleb's motions intently, its head turning rapidly to follow even the slightest shift in its rider's body.
Bracken's beak lunged forward suddenly, pecking at Caleb as he adjusted the breastplate's straps.
"Here! Off ye great winged git!" Caleb snarled, throwing up his hand and grabbing the griffin by the beat. "The damned thing is loose ya fool, how're ye supposed to protect yer chest if ye've got a loose breast piece eh? Tell me that why dontcha."
The griffin chirped and warbled at him indignantly before settling into a low humming growl that emanated from its thick chest.
"Oh yer just sulking ye great oaf." Caleb replied tersely, rubbing Bracken between his ears affectionately. "It'll be alright, just ye watch."
Bracken chirped again and pulled his head away with a snort, turning back to poke
Never Apologize...If anyone could save him, it was his best friend, Riku. He wanted to think that desperately but something inside of him told him to keep his mouth shut. The bond he had with Riku was something only a mother and child had. They were attached at the hip and comfortable enough to tell each other their darkest fears.
It was something Sora couldn't risk, even if it meant he had someone on his side during the hardest times for him. If Riku left him what would he have left? There would be no other reason to even live anymore if the one he loved was no longer in his life.
Sora would never be able to hang out with Riku like he was now. Sitting on the floor in his room playing the latest video game, laughing and joking like they had no worries. Without the escape from the name calling and physical abuse, would Sora even make it through another day? He wondered multiple times through the night about such things, but it was better than thinking about the abuse that was going to come the following
.:Christmas Wishes:. +AkuRoku+Christmas Wishes
It was his first Christmas with the organization. Roxas was trying to brush his hair, but the pointy blonde locks didn't want to be flat. It was actually frustrating him. He left the mirror to choose what he would wear that night. He looked in his closet, but it discouraged him. He didn't like to wear elegant cloths… He looked at his clean jeans. '' This will do…'' He put them on and took off his shirt. He looked at the closet and then at his bed. There was a pale blue shirt with a paper on it. '' It was in my wardrobe, but I think it will look better on you, Axel'' Roxas looked at the size of the shirt and smiled at the thought of Axel wearing it. It fit number XIII perfectly. He went to the mirror and was satisfied with the result. His eyes looked bluer than the sky with these clothes. It was 7:56 by now. He hurried out of his room; he was supposed to be at the hallway at 8 o'clock.
On his way, he saw Demyx and Xigbar giggling in a corner. Number IX was wearing a bla
AkuRoku 100 ::Rules::"ROXIE~!" Axel hugged the blonde from behind, beaming. Roxas looked less than pleased.
"Axel, let go," he muttered.
"But Roxie, we're being sent on a mission! To Port Royal!"
Roxas now looked very apprehensive. "We are…?
"Yus," Axel stated happily.
Roxas sighed, moving away and turning to face his friend. "In that case, we have to put down some RULES."
"But Roxie, rules are boring," Axel whined.
"Rule one: I'm Roxas, not Roxie," the blonde stated darkly, "Rule two: you need to calm down before we go."
Axel looked pitifully at him. "Fine…"
"Rule three: No bars."
"B-but that's the best part of Port Royal!"
Roxas gave him a blank look. "Pardon me for thinking that it would be suspicious if the entire town was set on fire."
"Rule four: No setting things on fire, unless you're fighting."
"You're taking all fun out of this trip."
"Rule five: …ok, I can't think of a rule five. I'm done."
"Good. Now it's my turn," Axel stated grandly. Roxas looked a little apprehensive again. "Co
Sora and the Beast of HB ch1I have been...working on this for forever now...I still need to finish this request fic, you know who you are. I haven't forgotten. Here is the latest KH fairytale. There are more to come. Please read the comments first for details.
Sora and the Beast of Hollow Bastion
Sora stepped out of the car and looked up at the house in slight disgust. What was wrong with his other home? The big city was a nice place. Not only did he leave his friends behind but his memories as well. But what could he, a mere 16 year old boy do? He only shook his head and decided to at least give the place a chance if not less.
"Isn't it nice honey?" She smiled.
"I guess..." He mumbled, following her up to the door holding onto his stuff. Sora looked around at the furnishings and looked like he was about to gag. "Wh-wha...th-th...is that a fireplace?"
"Mom...please tell me this place has electricity..." He groaned, feebling holding onto his Playstation 2.
"Of course it does sweetie." She pointed up at the
Demyx VS Pants
Zexion had always been able to see rather well in the dark. Demyx, unfortunately, could not.
Then why in the world did he insist upon putting on his pants in the dark?
It wasn't going so well, between Demyx and the pants, Zexion was having a hard time not laughing at his lovers blind antics.
"Damn! Backwards again!?"
The Cloaked Schemer bit his lip and smirked at this recent turn of events. Now the blonde musician had to take them off and try again. The stubborn nobody did this time and again but refused the assistance of a light.
"Turning on a light after going without for a long time will hurt your eyes, mm'kay Zexy?"
Once more Zexion was fighting a fit of uncharacteristic laughter as Demyx tripped while attempting to find the leg hole in the lethal garment.
Finally, Demyx succeeded in pulling the pants on and crawled in to bed next to Zexion. He moved closer so that he could whisper into the other man's ear.
"I heard you battling the giggles over here. Pants aren't that funny, you k
Akuroku: Misfortune pt 9Roxas are you finished? Demyx asked as he walked towards Roxas.
Yes. Im done.
Good, cause I need your help.
Roxas looked at him in questioning.
We got the vault open and we need help with bringing all the money down to the car.
Roxas shook his head and started to run up the escalators with Demyx in front, leading the way.
Here, grab these and bring them down to the car. Demyx handed two large bags that were almost as big as Roxas. Roxas slightly fell once he felt the real weight of the bags but he decided to not make it a big deal. He grabbed them with strong hands and started to run down to the car.
Roxas . . .? Roxas turned to look on the 1st floor for the person who said his name.
Axel appeared out of the darkness and into the moon light.
Youve changed, truly, greatly, changed. . .
Roxas looked up to Axel and then looked down, he knew his words were true. Hes known hes changed
Mistake in the MakingThe pride he felt was overwhelming, clouding out even the concern, concern that might have been better-founded than the hubris he displayed. But the white griffin was surely a gift worthy of her, perhaps even worthy of her praise, that tenuous thing so difficult to earn. He felt his lips give way to a small, rare smile as he considered what their princess may look like when presented with the great, proud beast.
As if on cue with his thoughts, the griffin let out a cry that echoed through the balmy night, the call wavering, long, and low-pitched, almost mournful. Had he been a man of a less stern heart he might have sympathized with it they had, after all, taken the creature from the home it had made. But he was not that soft-hearted, and it had been such a beautiful creature, exotic for its rarity, that he could not deny himself the honor of capturing it, no more than he could deny himself the pleasure of presenting it to the princess.
Every time they rested on the journey he f
