This is also a old sketch coloured.
Ever since Ms. Frizzle got turned into a raccoon in the episode "In the city", I always believed that the raccoon is her "spiritual animal". I rarely see Ms. Frizzle in any of the episodes, being turned into any kind of animal that is different from the rest of the class, and yet, has the opportunity ( or enough screen time) to demonstrate the habits of that certain animal. There was another episode where she got turned into a crab, and the class got turned into mussels, but she didn't really demonstrate anything that a crab would do in that one, since the show wasn't about crabs. But in the episode "In the city", not only did she demonstrate how a raccoon acts to defend itself; but after her demonstration, she even showed a bit of grin, as if she is really familiar in a raccoons' behaviors, and everything is going according to plan.
After discussing with the team, and all of us agreed on the Friz being a raccoon, it eventually became our team image, and our team name: RaccoonTail. A bit later after that, a lot of Frizzle's young age personality references were also based on the habits and behavior of a raccoon. A pretty wacky and crazy-minded one, in this case
